Michelle joined EIG in June of 2006. She began her insurance career with American Family in 2001 and is working towards obtaining the
CISR designation. She is currently a Customer Service Representative for both commercial and personal lines. Michelle graduated from
Missouri Western State University with a BSBA degree in Marketing and Management.
